Accepted Methods
of Online Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also
pay by phone by calling 813-679-6576. We will also
accept checks or money orders. If paying by check or
money order, your order will be shipped after the payment has
cleared, which may take up to two weeks.
Shipping Time.
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the
shipment's location and the particular time of year. Packages
will be shipped by US Priority Mail Service with Delivery
Confirmation. If you have a strong preference toward another
shipping provider, please email
us and we can usually accommodate you. Please allow
1 to 2 business days to receive the email notification for
in-stock merchandise to ship out and receive tracking numbers.
Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the
day the package was shipped. For United States Postal
Service, claims for lost merchandise cannot be made until 21
days after the shipment date. If you have not received
your merchandise by then, please contact us and we will
process the claim.
Shipping
Costs. Shipping costs will be calculated
by the weight of the total shipment, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
Insurance. Free Shipping Insurance will be
included with every purchase $19.95 or more. This
insures that if your item was damaged in the mail we will
replace it for free or issue a full refund of the purchase
price, including shipping charges. If your purchase is
lower than $19.95, it is recommended that you purchase
insurance, since Seashell Crafter will not replace or issue a
refund for damaged merchandise that was not insured.
Cancellation
Policy. Product orders may be canceled
within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be
canceled after the product has shipped.
Return
Policy. Products may be returned within 30
days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price minus
shipping charges. Return shipping charges will not be
refunded and insurance is recommended when shipping the
product back to Seashell Crafter. Product must be
returned in undamaged condition. A partial refund may be given
for damaged merchandise. Please email seashellcrafter@hotmail.com
for further instructions.
Damaged in the
Mail. Please contact us at seashellcrafter@hotmail.com
immediately if your product arrived damaged due to the
shipping carrier so we can make an insurance claim. We
will inform you of the information we need from you to provide
for the claim. If the claim is accepted, we will ship
you a replacement item of your choice of equal value or refund
your entire purchase, including shipping charges.
